About EverywhereX

What is EverywhereX?
EverywhereX is an AI-powered personalised learning platform for UK children aged 8-11 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It combines the full Oak National Academy Key Stage 2 curriculum with a tutor that adapts to your child’s strengths, challenges, and accessibility needs — in both text and voice.
What is the difference between EverywhereX and 1 in 10?
1 in 10 Dyslexia (1in10.co.uk) is the UK charity that builds the platform — the name reflects the rough proportion of people with some level of dyslexia or broader SEND need. EverywhereX is the product itself. Both names appear across the site and legal documents; when you see “1 in 10” in a company context and “EverywhereX” in a product context, that’s intentional.
Who is EverywhereX for?
UK children aged 8-11 (Key Stage 2) with SEND — particularly dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and sensory/physical needs — though the platform works for any KS2 child. The product is parent-first: parents create the account, complete the SEND intake, and supervise their child’s use.
Do I need to be in the UK?
Yes — EverywhereX is currently UK-only. The curriculum is the UK National Curriculum (via Oak National Academy), and we’re registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
What ages / key stages do you support?
Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6, ages 7-11) today. KS1 and KS3/KS4 are on the roadmap — subscribe to updates on our contact page for announcements.

Curriculum + Content

Where does the curriculum content come from?
We source the core lessons from Oak National Academy — the DfE-endorsed UK curriculum library — under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This covers the full KS2 Maths, English, Science, and more. Our AI tutor layers on top to personalise explanations, quizzes, and practice.
Is the content aligned with the National Curriculum?
Yes. Oak National Academy content is mapped directly to the National Curriculum by UK-qualified teachers. The AI tutor is instructed to stay within curriculum scope.
How do you handle different SEND needs?
At intake, you tell us your child’s SEND types, current levels, interests, and what helps them learn. We generate a personalised learning persona — an instruction profile for the AI tutor — which adjusts pace, tone, communication style, and accessibility settings. You can edit the persona anytime.

SEND + Specialist Provision

Does EverywhereX replace my child's specialist support or EHCP provision?
No. EverywhereX is designed as a supplement to specialist provision, not a substitute for it. An EHCP-mandated provision — specialist teaching, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, 1:1 classroom support — is specified by your Local Authority and is not replaceable by any technology product, including this one.

We’re explicit about this because we’re aware that some SEND technology is used by schools as justification for reducing specialist provision. Our position: if your EHCP specifies a provision, your school should deliver that provision — our tool complements it. We’ll happily provide parents with written confirmation that EverywhereX is a supplementary tool, to support any conversation with school or LA.
Do I need to share my child's diagnosis paperwork?
No.At intake we ask which SEND types apply to your child (dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc.) — you tick boxes, you don’t upload diagnosis letters, EHCP documents, or medical records. We never ask for formal diagnostic documentation. You own the detail; we just need enough context to adapt the tutor.
Does the AI tutor give medical or diagnostic advice?
No — never. The AI tutor is a learning assistant. It will not diagnose, assess, or make claims about your child’s medical or educational conditions. For any diagnostic or clinical concern, speak to your GP, a paediatrician, or an educational psychologist. The SEND Profile we generate explicitly includes prompts for you to take to your GP rather than making claims itself.

Cost + Access

How much does it cost?
Pilot families get free access during the closed pilot. Paid plans launch after pilot exit — see the pricing section on the landing page for indicative numbers. Final pricing is confirmed before public launch.
Is there a free trial?
During the pilot, access is free for selected families. For paid plans post-pilot we plan a 14-day trial; exact terms will be confirmed before launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel, pause, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
Do you offer a discount for multi-child families?
Yes — the Family plan covers up to 4 children at a discount vs individual plans. See pricing for current numbers.

Safety + Data

Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We comply with UK GDPR and the ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code. We don’t sell data, we don’t serve advertising, and we don’t use your child’s work to train general AI models. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding pages.
Do you record voice tutor sessions?
Transcripts are stored only if you explicitly opt in per child (Settings → Data & Privacy). Audio recording is not yet available — when it ships, it will also be opt-in and subject to a separate consent text reviewed by counsel.
Who can see my child's data?
You (the parent account holder) and our operations admins by exception, with every admin action recorded in an audit log. Teachers only see a child’s data if you explicitly invite them. Our full data disclosure is in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
One click: Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account. Your data is purged within 30 days (GDPR cooling-off period for recovery).

Comparison

How is EverywhereX different from Nessy, CENTURY, or Twinkl?
Each of those has a specific strength — and we’ve tried to fill a gap none of them fully cover:
  • Nessy — excellent for dyslexia, but dyslexia-only
  • CENTURY — excellent adaptive learning, but teacher-first / school-procured
  • Twinkl — vast resource library, but static PDFs with no AI personalisation
  • EverywhereX — parent-first, AI-native, multi-condition (dyslexia / ADHD / autism / sensory / physical), curriculum-aligned, UK-compliant, voice-enabled
We’re not trying to be the best at what any one of them does — we’re trying to be the one product a SEND family can use instead of juggling three.

Pilot + Future

Are you in pilot?
Yes — closed pilot with selected home-education SEND families. If you’re interested, email hello@evx.logicmesh.dev.
When will you launch publicly?
After pilot data is collected and our Data Protection Impact Assessment has been formally signed off by counsel. We don’t commit to a launch date — we’d rather launch well than launch early.
