Compliance and safeguarding
Data controller: EverywhereX operating under UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Lawful basis: contract (for parent-first flow) and legitimate interest / public task (for school-first flow). Parental consent for non-core processing is handled in settings.
