Help us build the AI learning platform UK SEND families deserve
We’re looking for 5-10 UK home-education families with SEND children aged 8-11 to pilot EverywhereX. Free access throughout. Direct line to the founder. Your feedback shapes what we build.
What you get
Free access during the pilot
No payment, no trial countdown. You keep free access for as long as the pilot runs (typically 8-12 weeks) and we'll give you plenty of notice before any billing change.
Direct line to the founder
Not a form, not a support ticket. A real reply from the person who built the platform. We're actively looking for what works and what doesn't.
Early access to new features
Voice tutor, Immersive Reader, EHCP-shaped SEND profile — you'll see new features before the public launch. Your feedback shapes what ships.
Pilot families only
A small cohort of ~5-10 home-ed SEND families. Small enough that we'll know your child's name and what they're working on.
What we need from you
Three light asks — we’re not asking for focus groups or formal interviews.
Use the platform honestly
We'd love you to use it like you would any learning tool — some days a lot, some days not at all. We learn more from realistic use than from forced use.
~10-minute weekly diary
Three prompts: one thing your child learned, one thing they struggled with, one quote from them. We'll send a Markdown template you can fill in at your own pace.
An 'okay-to-fail' mindset
We're still in pilot — things will break. When they do, tell us. We treat every bug report as the most valuable thing you can give us.
Request your pilot invitation
We’ll reply within one working day. Submitting this form doesn’t commit you to anything — it just lets us start a conversation.
Our pledge to pilot families
- Your child's data stays yours. You can download or delete everything with one click.
- No ads, no tracking, no data sharing with anyone outside the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy.
- Child safety is central. Our AI tutor follows a published safeguarding protocol; the DSL contact is public.
- We won't add features that exploit children's developmental vulnerabilities (no streaks, no leaderboards, no dark patterns).
- Your feedback is the point. We will read every message and respond. We will tell you what we did about it.
